Our V2 Sliding Grip Bar is 7 Feet 2 Inches in length, and around 20KG (45lbs) in weight, just like most of the bars seen in a commercial gym. This is the only variant available with the maximum range of motion.
This Bar can be used in a wide range of exercises, including Bench press, Shoulder Press, Rows, Upright Rows, Rear Delt Flies, Bicep Curls, Chest Supported Rows, etc.
The Radian V2 Sliding Grip Bar is suitable for both home and commercial gym use. It is tested for long term durability and smooth performance, ensuring that it will be a long lasting addition to your gym.
- The bar may be oily upon delivery. We advise to handle the bar carefully upon receiving.
- The bar can and will function well and smooth without any added lubrication. However, only for the users looking to add more smoothness, we recommend spraying gun oil on the bars shaft on a two weekly basis. Spray gun oil on the bars shaft, move the handles back and forth many times, and wipe off the gun oil with a dry cloth.
- Attaching a barbell fat grip or a similar item to the center of the bar's shaft is optional, but is recommended, especially if gun oil is applied.
- Please ensure that the barbell shaft remains free from dust, dirt and residue by regularly cleaning the shaft with a dry cloth. Residue on the barbell shaft can reduce its smoothness, which can be immediately restored by this step.
- Avoid placing your fingers under and next to the moving handles.
- Keep long hair away from the handles. It is possible that the hair may be caught in the mechanism.
- Weights feel much heavier on this bar as compared to other equipment. Do not overload the bar more than your lifting capacity. We recommend trying the bar without weights initially.
- Avoid rapidly sliding one of the handles into the center of the bar's shaft. When transitioning the bar from a bench to a vertical stand, make sure when a handle reaches the center, it does so gently. Even though our updated and tested design for the V2 bar significantly minimizes the possibility of damage, due to which we received no complaints from customers regarding this issue, we still advise exercising caution, as the chance of damage, though reduced, still exists.
Why not "Just use Dumbbells" instead?
Dumbbells have their own place, however, the Sliding Grip bar stands way different from dumbbells due to its unique style of resistance and additional control. The handles require effort to move, and there is additional inward resistance to move the handles in push workouts, and outward handle resistance in pull workouts, which makes your workouts more effective by adding desired resistance for more muscle activation. This resistance increases with the increase in weight, and is felt more at the later parts of a working set. Comparing Dumbbell flies with the Sliding Grip Motion, users would feel the sliding grip motion much more engaging in terms of muscle contraction, and the pump is truly elite. This also applies for the shoulder press. All feedbacks from our customers regarding push workouts with this bar, are positive, and none say "dumbells are same".
For exercises such as rows and upright rows, we've received different feedbacks from customers. Some customers felt it exceptionally better compared to other equipment, while others would not generally prefer the sliding grip bar for pull movements.
Synchronized Handle Movement makes the bar more stable than dumbbells. However, using a weight more than the users capacity makes the lift require more effort towards stability, as is the case with every free weight equipment.
Built To Last
Our Radian V2 Sliding Grip Bar has been rigorously tested for over 8 months to guarantee long-lasting, consistent performance. Whether using heavy or light weights, at both slow and fast handle movement speeds, this bar is built to deliver quality and durability.
FASTER EXHAUSTION
This bar actually increases the challenge and difficulty of your workouts, and exhausts muscles in a much quicker time period. It requires a lot of effort even on light weights, and will actually enhance your training experience.
Perfect for Targeting the Inner Chest: Solving a Common Lifter’s Problem
One of the most remarkable features of the Sliding Grip Barbell is its ability to effectively target the inner chest during bench presses—better than any other equipment. For both beginners and advanced lifters, it’s common to feel chest exercises primarily in the outer chest. The Sliding Grip Barbell solves this issue by resisting inward handle movement, forcing the inner chest to engage more fully, providing a workout that finally hits the often-neglected area.
HOME GYM ADVANTAGES
A lot of home gym equipment barely feels as good as a high end commercial gym machine. The Sliding Grip Bar ensures a next level contraction and pump, and exhausts muscles much faster, and is one of the best equipment to deliver actual growth, unmatched contraction and muscle engagement, with a premium feel.
BENEFITS
1. Unique Resistance Style - This bar resists converging (bringing handles closer) in push workouts, and diverging (taking handles far away) in pull workouts.
2. Isolation - Due to the bars dynamic handle sliding motion, muscles are much more isolated for a better mind muscle connection. Not just experienced lifters, but even beginners find it easier to target the desired muscle with this bar.
3. Range of Motion - The handles can be moved through the full shaft length, allowing for enhanced range of motion.
4. Versatility - The Radian V2 Sliding Grip Bar is not just for bench press, but can be used in shoulder press, rows, rear delt flies, chest supported rows, upright rows, etc.
3. Less Control Needed - With Radian Sliding Grip Bars synchronized handle movement, there's easier control, and more mind muscle connection compared to dumbbells.
4. Smooth Motion - This bar's handles move in a very smooth fashion due to the unique shaft design and the bearing system.
5. Safe Use - There is no major risk of losing grip or slipping of the handles or the barbell. When both the handles are gripped, the bar or the handles wont slip even if held in a tilted or vertical fashion.
6. Different and Unique Feel - The difference from other equipment in terms of elevated muscle contraction, pump and difficulty is felt just at early use.
SYNCHRONIZED HANDLE MOVEMENT
Both the handles of the bar move in a synchronized fashion once both of them are gripped.
TRAINING RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Use Full Range of motion. Take the handles very wide while lowering the bar towards the chest, and in the positive "push" part of the bench press, take them very close with just a little distance between the handles at the center.
2. Use a weight which is medium weight for you, for best possible contraction and pump.
3. Just at the liftoff, make sure both the handles are equidistant from the Centre. The handles during workout move in a synchronized manner.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The Bar weighs 45LBS or 20kg, and is 7 feet 2 inches in length.
Yes, once both the handles are grabbed, they move in synchronized fashion during exercise. In no way under normal circumstances can any handle "slip" while exercising.
Yes, much heavier due to the bars unique style of resistance.
It is 330LBS. It may sound less than needed, but it is very high for a bar of this type, as even people with a 405LBS Bench cant use more than 250LBS on our sliding grip bar due to its unique style of resistance.
Much better contraction and much easier control due to synchronized handle movement.
Yes! The handles are knurled. It's not overly aggressive, but moderately so.
It is Cerakote for both the shaft and sleeves.
Yes, tested severely on both heavy and light weights, on different handle movement speeds.
No, its not just for bench press. It can be used for rows, upright rows, rear delt fly movement and shoulder press as well.
This bar is more stable than dumbbells, and less stable than a normal bar. If you don't find any stability problems with dumbbell presses, you most likely wont find it on this bar too. However, using very heavy weight beyond the user's capacity is dangerous, like it is on every barbell.
